TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The promotion is open exclusively to GREAT REWARDS MEMBERS from 7 Nov 2025 to 4 Jan 2026, unless otherwise stated.

2. IN-APP GAME – ONE (1) GNOMES OF JOY GAME CHANCE
a) With a minimum of S$20 spent in a single, same-day receipt.
b) Double spending required for supermarket receipt(s).
c) Each qualifying receipt is limited to 1 game chance, regardless of the total amount spent.
d) Limited to 5 chances per mall, per member, per day.
e) Game chances will only be issued for receipts dated from 7 Nov 2025 to 4 Jan 2026. The last day to earn game chances is 4 Jan 2026 (based on receipt date).
f) Each game chance will be valid for 3 days from the date of issue or until 9 Jan 2026, 11.59PM (SGT), whichever comes first. For example, if the game chance is issued on 7 Nov 2025, the game chance must be utilised no later than 10 Nov 2025, 11.59PM (SGT).
g) Game chance will be awarded automatically via mobile app upon successful approval of receipt on a first-come, first-served basis.
h) All unused chances will be forfeited upon their expiration or at the end of the promotional period, whichever is earlier. No extensions will be granted.
i) The game may have a daily cap of 500 plays. Once reached, the game will be locked and resume the next day at 10.00AM (SGT) until 9 Jan 2026, 11.59PM (SGT).
j) Game Rules:
• Each game play uses 1 chance and lasts for a set of 30 seconds.
• The game mechanics require the player to interact with game elements (e.g. tapping gift boxes) to obtain rewards.
• Great Rewards Points won will be displayed on the results page at the end of the game and credited directly to member’s account.

3. MASTERCARD EXCLUSIVE: ONE (1) S$30 GREAT REWARDS E-VOUCHER
a) Promotion period from 8 Nov – 28 Dec 2025.
b) With a minimum of S$300 charged to eligible Mastercard Credit/Debit card(s).
c) Present original same-day receipt(s), corresponding charge slip(s), and eligible Mastercard Credit/Debit card(s) for redemption on the same day of purchase at Customer Service Counter, Level 3.
d) Name on Mastercard Credit/Debit Card must be the same as the member’s name in Great Rewards.
e) Limited to the first 100 redemptions per week at Tanglin Mall and Great World. 1 redemption per mall, per day, per Mastercard from:
• Week 1: Sat 8 Nov – Fri 14 Nov 2025
• Week 2: Sat 15 Nov – Fri 21 Nov 2025
• Week 3: Sat 22 Nov – Fri 28 Nov 2025
• Week 4: Sat 29 Nov – Fri 5 Dec 2025
• Week 5: Sat 6 Dec – Fri 12 Dec 2025
• Week 6: Sat 13 Dec – Fri 19 Dec 2025
• Week 7: Sat 20 Dec – Sun 28 Dec 2025
f) Promotion is mutually exclusive from the Mastercard Black Friday Exclusive tier.

4. MASTERCARD BLACK FRIDAY EXCLUSIVE: ONE (1) S$50 GREAT REWARDS E-VOUCHER
a) Promotion period from 28 Nov to 21 Dec 2025
b) With a minimum of S$500 charged to eligible Mastercard Credit/Debit card(s).
c) Present original same-day receipt(s), corresponding charge slip(s) and eligible Mastercard Credit/Debit card(s) for redemption on the same day of purchase at Customer Service Counter, Level 3.
d) Name on Mastercard Credit/Debit Card must be the same as the member’s name in Great Rewards.
e) Limited to the first 200 redemptions at Tanglin Mall and Great World. 1 redemption per mall, per day, per Mastercard.
f) Promotion is mutually exclusive from the Mastercard Exclusive tier.

5. SHOP HERE, REDEEM THERE: 1,000 GREAT REWARDS POINTS (VALID IN SINGAPORE ALLGREEN MALLS) AND EXCLUSIVE HAND TOWEL GIFT (VALID AT JB CITY SQUARE)
a) Promotion period from 14 Nov 2025 to 4 Jan 2026.
b) With a minimum of S$20 spent in a single, same-day receipt at any Allgreen Malls in Singapore to receive 1 Cross Border e-Ticket.
c) Each qualifying receipt is limited to 1 Cross Border e-Ticket, regardless of the total amount spent.
d) Collect 4 Cross Border e-Tickets (i.e., S$80 spend) and spend a minimum of RM60 in a single, same-day receipt from JB City Square to redeem the following at JB City Square, Level 1 Customer Service Counter:
• Exclusive Hand Towel and,
• 1,000 Great Rewards Points (Valid for use in Singapore Allgreen Malls)
e) Double spending required for supermarket receipt(s).
f) Limited to 1 redemption per member per day, capped at the first 500 redemptions at JB City Square, Level 1 Customer Service Counter.
g) Cross Border e-Ticket will be awarded automatically via the Great Rewards mobile app upon successful approval of receipt on a first-come, first-served basis.
h) All unused tickets will be forfeited upon their expiration or at the end of the promotional period. No extensions will be granted.

6. SEASON’S SURPRISE: ONE (1) SELF-CARE GIFT
a) Promotion period from 21 – 23 Nov 2025.
b) With a minimum of S$150 spent in same-day, combined receipts.
c) Present same-day receipt(s) for redemption at Customer Service Counter, Level 3.
d) Limited to 1 redemption per member per day.

7. CRAFTY GNOME HOUSE: ONE (1) MAKER PASS
a) With every S$60 spent in same-day, combined receipts.
b) Each Maker Pass admits 1 adult and 1 child.
c) Present same-day receipt(s) at the redemption booth at Level 1 Atrium for redemption.
d) Event Dates: 6, 7, 12, 13, 14, 19, 20, 21, 24 & 25 Dec 2025
e) Event Time: 5PM – 9PM (Weekdays) & 12PM – 9PM (Weekends/Public Holidays)
f) Maker Pass is limited to the first 50 redemptions on weekdays and 80 on weekends/Public Holidays, on a first-come, first-served basis.

General Terms and Conditions
8. Each full payment receipt must be S$20 and above, unless otherwise stated.

9. All promotions are only valid in Singapore unless otherwise stated.

10. Singapore Allgreen Malls refers to Great World, Pasir Ris Mall, Tanglin Mall, and The Seletar Mall.

11. All members must upload their receipts into the Great Rewards mobile app or provide their Singapore-registered mobile phone number for registration and verification purposes to take part in all instant awarding in Great Rewards App redemptions.

12. All members must be physically present with their member QR in the Great Rewards mobile app for verification purposes to take part in all redemptions.

13. Retailers and retailers’ staff at Allgreen Malls are not eligible to participate in campaign redemptions.

14. Only original receipts generated/printed from Point of Sales Systems at participating retailers in Allgreen Malls are valid for redemption. Handwritten, duplicate, NETS and credit card slips/receipts will not be accepted. The Management reserves the right to retain all original receipts presented.

15. Receipts issued from purchase of Great Rewards Vouchers, Tenant’s shopping vouchers, AXS/SAM payment stations, ATMs, credit card slips, Cash Card top up, gift card purchase and/or top up, credit package purchase, deposit/partial payments, currency exchange, lottery purchase, pushcart, kiosk and atrium roadshows will not be accepted.

16. Members can only make redemptions at the mall where their purchases are made. Receipts issued from other malls will not be accepted.

17. All gifts redeemed must be accepted as rewarded and are not replaceable, transferable, exchangeable for cash or kind or extendable in validity. The Management reserves the right to substitute the gifts with others of equivalent value without prior notice.

18. By participating in the redemption(s) implies automatic acceptance of rules and regulations of the campaign. In the event of dispute, the decision of The Management is final.

19. All information submitted may be used as part of The Management’s database for administrative, auditing and marketing purposes.

20. The information stated is correct at the time of print and The Management reserves the right to change all terms and conditions without prior notice.
