1. The promotion is valid from 27 May 2026 to 28 June 2026 (both dates inclusive), Tuesdays to Sundays only and on Monday, 1 June 2026

2. The giveaway will be conducted during the following period at the following malls:

- 26 May to 7 June 2026 - Great World
- 9 June to 14 June 2026 - The Seletar Mall
- 16 June to 21 June 2026 - Tanglin Mall
- 23 June to 28 June 2026 - Pasir Ris Mall

3. Booth Operating Hours & Redemption Allocation

Booth operating hours are divided into two redemption sessions daily:
- Session 1: 12pm
- Session 2: 5pm

4. Redemptions are available on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.

Great World, Pasir Ris Mall & The Seletar Mall
- Weekdays: 100 redemptions per session
- Weekends: 150 redemptions per session

Tanglin Mall
- Weekdays: 50 redemptions per session
- Weekends: 75 redemptions per session

5. Participants are required to enter a promo code that is available at the booth and subscribe to Great Rewards Notification and Email via the app to qualify. Staff will verify the subscription before allowing members to redeem the ice cream e-voucher.

6. The ice cream e-voucher is for the redemption of one ice cream only.

7. The ice cream e-voucher is valid until 28 June 2026, unless otherwise stated.

8. The ice cream e-voucher is strictly non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.

9. Any unredeemed e-vouchers after the expiry date will be forfeited. Strictly no extensions allowed.

10. The ice cream e-voucher does not guarantee redemption. Redemption is subject to daily redemption caps and ice cream availability at the point of collection, while stocks last.

11. Redemptions are on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.

12. Limited to one (1) redemption per member for the entire promotion period. Redemptions across multiple booth locations will not be allowed.

13. Great Rewards reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the promotion and/or its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
