Our logo is a pair of chopsticks taking ramen, symbolizing the enjoyment of eating mazesoba and the name Keitaku means “blessing” in Japanese, and that is what we aim to deliver to every customer who visits.
We came out with our own recipe for signature minced meat and have diverse flavors of mazesoba that cater to the local taste while preserving the character of the dish. We also have Chef’s Special dishes available exclusively to our Tanglin branch customers. After customers finish their meal, they can say "Oimeshi" to our staff and receive a small serving of rice to enjoy with the remaining mazesoba sauce.
