TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. The promotion is open exclusively to all GREAT REWARDS MEMBERS from 12 January to 24 February 2024, unless otherwise stated.
  2. SCRATCH AND WIN
    a) With a min. spend of S$100.
    b) Double spend is required for Supermarket receipt(s).
    c) Limited to first 17,000 redemptions.
    d) 1 game chance per Great Rewards member per mall per day.
    e) Unused Scratch Card chances will be forfeited after 24 Feb 2024.
  3. OCBC CARDMEMBERS EXCLUSIVE: 2,000 Great Rewards Points (worth S$10)
    a) With a min. spend of S$118 or S$168 (with Supermarket receipts) when you charge your purchase(s) to a valid OCBC credit/debit card(s).
    b) Name on OCBC credit/debit card(s) must be the same as the member’s name in
    Great Rewards.
    c) Present physical/digital OCBC credit or debit card(s) AND corresponding charge slip(s) for verification.
  4. E-HONG BAO GIFTING
    a) With min. purchase of S$20 worth of Great Rewards e-Vouchers in a single transaction and e-gifted any amount via Great Rewards mobile app to a registered Great Rewards member.
    b) $5 Great Rewards e-Voucher will be credited within 7 Working Days upon completion of BOTH purchase and e-Gifting.
    c) e-Gifts need to be accepted to be considered as ‘completion’. Expired or Rejected e-Gifts will not be considered.
    d) Limited to first 500 redemptions, max 2 redemptions per member.
  5. Limited to ONE (1) redemption per member per day, unless otherwise stated. While stocks last and on a first-come, first-served basis.
  6. No limit to the no. of combined same-day receipts, each full payment receipt must be $20 and above (double-spending for supermarket receipts), unless otherwise stated.
  7. Not valid in conjunction with other campaigns and promotional redemptions, unless otherwise stated.
  8. Retailers and retailers’ staff at Tanglin Mall are NOT eligible to participate in campaign redemptions.
  9. All members must be physically present in person with their member QR in Great Rewards mobile app or provide their Singapore-registered mobile phone number for registration and verification purposes to take part in OCBC CARDMEMBERS EXCLUSIVE redemptions.
  10. OCBC CARDMEMBERS EXCLUSIVE redemptions must be made on the same day of purchase at the Level 3 Customer Service Counter from 10.00am – 9.00pm. Any receipts submitted thereafter will not be accepted.
  11. All receipts must be uploaded no later than the next day of purchase (2359hrs). For example, if the receipt is dated 12 January 2024, the receipt must be uploaded no later than 13 January 2024, 2359hrs.
  12. Only original receipts generated/printed from Point of Sales Systems at participating retailers in Tanglin Mall are valid for redemption. Handwritten, duplicate, NETS and credit card slips/receipts will not be accepted. The Management reserves the right to retain all original receipts presented.
  13. Receipts issued from purchase of Great Rewards Vouchers, Tenant’s shopping vouchers, AXS/SAM payment stations, ATMs, credit card slips, Cash Card top up, gift card purchase and/or top up, credit package purchase, partial/deposit payment, currency exchange, lottery purchase, pushcart and non-retailer atrium vendors will not be accepted.
  14. Members can only make redemptions at the mall where their purchases are made. Receipts issued from other malls will not be accepted.
  15. All e-Vouchers redeemed must be accepted as rewarded and are not replaceable, transferable, exchangeable for cash or kind or extendable in validity. The Management reserves the right to substitute the gifts with others of equivalent value without prior notice.

  17. By participating in the redemption(s) implies automatic acceptance of rules and regulations of the campaign. In the event of dispute, the decision of The Management is final.
  18. All information submitted may be used as part of The Management’s database for administrative, auditing and marketing purposes.
