TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The promotion is open exclusively to all shoppers from 6 Apr to 29 May 2026, unless otherwise stated.

2. 1-HOUR FREE PARKING worth $2.44
a) With a min. spend of $30 in a single same-day receipt from Monday to Friday, for receipts between 3pm and 8.30pm.
b) Limited to 1 redemption per shopper per day at Customer Service Counter at Level 3.
c) Limited to first 100 redemptions daily.
d) Receipt must be dated on the same-day and show a transaction time between 3pm and 8.30pm.
e) Double spending is required for Supermarket receipt.
f) Great Rewards Members: Upon successful verification of receipt at Customer Service Counter at Level 3, $2.44 Carpark$ will be credited to member’s Great Rewards account. To receive the Carpark$, members must have their vehicle IU number(s) added to their Great Rewards account prior to redemption.
g) Non-Great Rewards Members: Upon successful verification of receipt at Customer Service Counter at Level 3, a physical car park coupon worth $2.44 will be issued. Shoppers are reminded to remove their CashCard before the vehicle reaches the car park barrier, and prior to scanning the complimentary coupon at the exit terminal.
h) Redeemed coupons must be utilised on the same day of issuance.
i) For shoppers with EZ-Pay registered, please ensure parking coupon is tapped even if the barrier opens automatically.

3. Not valid in conjunction with other campaigns and promotional redemptions, unless otherwise stated.

4. Retailers and retailers’ staff at Tanglin Mall are NOT eligible to participate in campaign redemptions.

5. All members must be physically present in person with their member QR in Great Rewards mobile app or provide their Singapore-registered mobile phone number for registration and verification purposes to take part in all redemptions.

6. Only original receipts generated/printed from Point of Sales Systems at participating retailers in Tanglin Mall are valid for redemption. Handwritten, duplicate, NETS and credit card slips/receipts will not be accepted. The Management reserves the right to retain all original receipts presented.

7. Receipts issued from purchase of Great Rewards Vouchers, Tenant’s shopping vouchers, AXS/SAM payment stations, ATMs, credit card slips, Cash Card top up, gift card purchase and/or top up, credit package purchase, partial/deposit payment, currency exchange, lottery purchase, pushcart and non-retailer atrium vendors will not be accepted.

8. Members can only make redemptions at the mall where their purchases are made. Receipts issued from other malls will not be accepted.

9. All gifts redeemed must be accepted as rewarded and are not replaceable, transferable, exchangeable for cash or kind or extendable in validity. The Management reserves the right to substitute the gifts with others of equivalent value without prior notice.

10. By participating in the redemption(s) implies automatic acceptance of rules and regulations of the campaign. In the event of dispute, the decision of The Management is final.

11. All information submitted may be used as part of The Management’s database for administrative, auditing and marketing purposes.

12. The information stated is correct at the time of print and The Management reserves the right to change all terms and conditions without prior notice.
