Terms & Conditions

1. The promotion is open exclusively to GREAT REWARDS MEMBERS from 1 to 30 April 2022.


2. One (1) $5 Great Rewards e-Voucher OR One (1) $5 Parking Dollar
a. With a min spend of $30 in a single transaction.
b. $5 Parking Dollars is valid till 30 Apr 2022.
c. Unlimited redemptions per member per day.
d. Limited to first 800 redemptions.
e. Tanglin Marketplace and 7-Eleven receipts are not valid for redemption.


3. One (1) $10 Great Rewards e-Voucher
a. With every purchase of $100 Great Rewards e-Vouchers in a single transaction.
b. $10 Great Rewards e-Voucher will be awarded within 5 working days upon verification and is valid for three (3) months from date of issue.
c. Limited to first 3,000 redemptions.


4. OPT-IN COMMUNICATIONS: One (1) $5 Great Rewards e-Voucher
a. Valid for NEW opt-ins for both email and SMS communications during 1 – 30 April 2022.
b. Not valid for members opting out and re-opting in communications.
c. $5 Great Rewards e-Voucher is valid for three (3) months from date of issue.
d. Limited to first 1,000 redemptions.

5. Limited to ONE (1) redemption per member per day, unless otherwise stated. While stocks last and on a first come, first-served basis.

6. No limit to the no. of combined same-day receipts, each receipt must be $20 and above.

7. All promotional tiers are mutually exclusive, members can redeem for either, but not all except Great Rewards on Rewards and Stay Connected with Great Rewards. Not valid in conjunction with other campaigns and/or promotional redemptions, unless otherwise stated.

8. Retailers and retailers’ staff at Tanglin Mall are NOT eligible to participate in campaign redemptions.

9. All members are required to provide their member QR in the Great Rewards mobile app or Singapore-registered mobile phone number in person for registration and verification purposes to take part in all redemptions.

10. All redemptions must be made on the same day of purchase at the Level 2 Customer Service Counter from 10.00am – 10.00pm. Any receipts submitted thereafter will not be accepted.

11. Only original receipts generated/printed from Point of Sales Systems at participating retailers of Tanglin Mall are valid for redemption. Charge slips with corresponding payment card(s), whether physical or digital, must be presented for verification with the original receipts for exclusive card redemptions. Handwritten, duplicate, NETS and credit card slips/receipts will not be accepted. The Management reserves the right to retain all original receipts presented.

12. Receipts issued from purchase of Great Rewards vouchers, Tenant’s shopping vouchers, ATMs, credit card slips, cash card top ups, gift card purchase and/or top up, credit package purchase, partial payment (deposit or balance), currency exchange, pushcart, kiosk and non-tenant atrium vendors will not be accepted.

13. Members can only make redemptions at the mall where their purchases are made. Receipts issued from other malls will not be accepted.

14. All gifts redeemed must be accepted as rewarded and are not transferable, exchangeable for cash or kind or extendable in validity. The Management reserves the right to substitute the gifts with others of equivalent value without prior notice.

15. By participating in the redemption(s) implies automatic acceptance of rules and regulations of the campaign. In the event of dispute, the decision of The Management is final.

16. All information submitted may be used as part of The Management’s database for administrative, auditing and marketing purposes.

17. The information stated is correct at the time of print and The Management reserves the right to change all terms and conditions without prior notice.
