8. No limit to the no. of combined same-day receipts. Each full payment receipt must be $20 and above (double-spending for supermarket receipts), unless otherwise stated.
9. Limited to ONE (1) redemption per member per day. Redemption will be based on receipt date, while stocks last and on a first-come, first-served basis.
10. All members must upload their receipts into the Great Rewards mobile app or provide their Singapore-registered mobile phone number for registration and verification purposes to take part in all redemptions. Retailers and retailer’s staff at Tanglin Mall are NOT eligible to participate in campaign redemptions.
11. All receipts must be uploaded no later than the next day of purchase (2359hrs). For example, if the receipt is dated 1 October 2022, the receipt must be uploaded no later than 2 October 2022, 2359hrs.
12.All redemptions at the Level 3 Customer Service Counter must be made on the same day of purchase from 10.00am – 9.00pm. Any receipts submitted thereafter will not be accepted.
13. Only original receipts generated/printed from Point of Sales Systems at participating retailers of Tanglin Mall are valid for redemption. Charge slips with corresponding payment card(s), whether physical or digital, must be presented for verification with the original receipts for exclusive card redemptions. Handwritten, duplicate, NETS and credit card slips/receipts will not be accepted. The Management reserves the right to retain all original receipts presented.
14. Receipts issued from purchase of Great Rewards vouchers, Tenant’s shopping vouchers, ATMs, credit card slips, cash card top ups, gift card purchase and/or top up, credit package purchase, partial payment (deposit or balance), currency exchange, pushcart, kiosk and non-tenant atrium vendors will not be accepted.
15. Members can only make redemptions at the mall where their purchases are made. Receipts issued from other malls will not be accepted.
16. All gifts redeemed must be accepted as rewarded and are not replaceable, transferable, exchangeable for cash or kind or extendable in validity. The Management reserves the right to substitute the gifts with others of equivalent value without prior notice.
17.By participating in the redemption(s) implies automatic acceptance of rules and regulations of the campaign. In the event of dispute, the decision of The Management is final.
18. All information submitted may be used as part of The Management’s database for administrative, auditing and marketing purposes.
19. The information stated is correct at the time of print and The Management reserves the right to change all terms and conditions without prior notice.
