Terms & Conditions

The promotion is open to all Great Rewards Members from 15 January to 10 February 2021, unless otherwise stated, except the following parties:

Employees of CUSCADEN PROPERTIES PTE. LTD., its agencies, retail partners, tenants, tenants’ staff and their immediate family members.

  1. One (1) $10 Great Rewards e-Voucher
    – With a min. spend of $108 (double-spending for supermarket receipts); OR
    – With a min. spend of $88 charged to DBS/POSB debit/credit cards (double-spending for supermarket receipts).
    – Credit card charge slip(s) and valid physical or digital DBS/POSB credit/debit cards must be presented for verification at point of redemption.
    – Each receipt must be $20 and above.
    – Limited to first 400 redemptions only.
  2. Members can only redeem for ONE (1) promotional tier only. Not valid in conjunction with other campaigns and/or promotional redemptions, unless otherwise stated.
  3. Limited to ONE (1) redemption per member per day, while stocks last and on a first-come, first-served basis.
  4. Tenants and their staff based at TANGLIN MALL are not eligible to redeem for this promotion.
  5. All members are required to provide their member QR in the Great Rewards mobile app or Singapore-registered mobile phone number for registration and verification purposes to take part in all redemptions.
  6. The mobile phone owner must be physically present at the point of redemption.
  7. All redemptions must be made on the same day of purchase at the Level 2 Customer Service Counter from 10.00am – 10.00pm. Any receipts submitted thereafter will not be accepted.
  8. Only original receipts generated/printed from Point of Sales Systems from existing Tanglin Mall outlets are valid for redemption. Handwritten, duplicate, NETS and credit card slips/receipts will not be accepted. The Management reserves the right to retain all original receipts presented.
  9. Receipts issued from purchase of Great Rewards vouchers, Tenant’s shopping vouchers, ATMs, credit card slips, cash card top ups, gift card purchase and/or top ups, credit package purchases, currency exchange, pushcart, kiosk and non-tenant atrium vendors will not be accepted.
  10. Shoppers can only make redemptions at the mall where their purchases are made. Receipts issued from other malls will not be accepted.
  11. All gifts redeemed must be accepted as rewarded and are not transferable, exchangeable for cash or kind or extendable in validity. The Management reserves the right to substitute the gifts with others of equivalent value without prior notice.
  12. By participating in the redemption(s) implies automatic acceptance of rules and regulations of the campaign. In the event of dispute, the decision of The Management is final.
  13. All information submitted may be used as part of The Management’s database for administrative, auditing and marketing purposes.
  14. The information stated is correct at the time of print and The Management reserves the right to change all terms and conditions without prior notice.
