Terms & Conditions

1. The promotion is open exclusively to GREAT REWARDS MEMBERS from 1 August to 31 December 2021, except the following parties: Employees of CUSCADEN PROPERTIES PTE LTD., its agencies, retail partners, retailers, retailers’ staff and their immediate family members.


2. One (1) $10 Great Rewards Voucher
a) With min. $50 charged in a single transaction to a valid VISA card (any credit/ debit card with the word VISA on it).
b) Limited to 100 redemptions per month.
c) Voucher is valid for use at participating retailers of Tanglin Mall within 30 days from date of issuance.

3. Not valid in conjunction with other campaigns and/or promotional redemptions, unless otherwise stated.

4. Limited to ONE (1) redemption per member per day, unless otherwise stated. While stocks last and on a first-come, first-served basis.

5. All members are required to provide their member QR in the Great Rewards mobile app or Singapore-registered mobile phone number in person for registration and verification purposes to take part in all redemptions.

6. All redemptions must be made on the same day of purchase at the Level 2 Customer Service Counter from 10.00am – 10.00pm. Any receipts submitted thereafter will not be accepted.

7. Only original receipts generated/printed from Point of Sales Systems at participating retailers of Tanglin Mall are valid for redemption. Handwritten, duplicate, NETS and credit card slips/receipts will not be accepted. The Management reserves the right to retain all original receipts presented.

8. Receipts issued from purchase of Great Rewards vouchers, Tenant’s shopping vouchers, ATMs, credit card slips, cash card top ups, gift card purchase and/or top up, credit package purchase, partial payment (deposit or balance), currency exchange, pushcart, kiosk and non-tenant atrium vendors will not be accepted.

9. Shoppers can only make redemptions at the mall where their purchases are made. Receipts issued from other malls will not be accepted.

10. All gifts redeemed must be accepted as rewarded and are not transferable, exchangeable for cash or kind or extendable in validity. The Management reserves the right to substitute the gifts with others of equivalent value without prior notice.

11. By participating in the redemption(s) implies automatic acceptance of rules and regulations of the campaign. In the event of dispute, the decision of The Management is final.

12. All information submitted may be used as part of The Management’s database for administrative, auditing and marketing purposes.

13. The information stated is correct at the time of print and The Management reserves the right to change all terms and conditions without prior notice.
