1. The promotion is open exclusively to GREAT REWARDS MEMBERS from 1 to 31 May 2022.

a) With every conversion of min. 2,000 points to e-Voucher or Carpark Dollars in one (1) transaction.

a) Redeem a $5 Great Rewards e-Voucher at 800 points (usual 1,000 points).

5. CDG ZIG EXCLUSIVE: $5 X 2 PROMO CODES
a) Redeem $5 X 2 Promo Codes with 1,000 Points on Great Rewards mobile app.
b) Promo code will be issued via Push Notification within 5 working days upon redemption.
c) Promo code is valid for trip(s) to and/or from Tanglin Mall on CDG Zig mobile app.
d) Last day of promo code utilisation is 7 Jun 2022.
e) Limited to ONE (1) redemption per member.
f) Limited to first 500 redemptions.

6. Limited to ONE (1) redemption per member per day. While stocks last and on a first-come, first-served basis.

7. Retailers and retailer’s staff at Tanglin Mall are NOT eligible to participate in campaign redemptions.

8. All members are required to present their member QR in the Great Rewards mobile app or Singapore-registered mobile phone number in person for registration and verification purposes to take part in all redemptions.

9. All redemptions must be made on the same day of purchase at the Level 2 Customer Service Counter from 10.00am – 10.00pm. Any receipts submitted thereafter will not be accepted.

10. Only original receipts generated/printed from Point of Sales Systems at participating retailers of Tanglin Mall are valid for redemption. Charge slips with corresponding payment card(s), whether physical or digital, must be presented for verification with the original receipts for exclusive card redemptions. Handwritten, duplicate, NETS and credit card slips/receipts will not be accepted. The Management reserves the right to retain all original receipts presented.

11. Receipts issued from purchase of Great Rewards vouchers, Tenant’s shopping vouchers, ATMs, credit card slips, cash card top ups, gift card purchase and/or top up, credit package purchase, partial payment (deposit or balance), currency exchange, pushcart, kiosk and non-tenant atrium vendors will not be accepted.

12. Members can only make redemptions at the mall where their purchases are made. Receipts issued from other malls will not be accepted.

13. All gifts redeemed must be accepted as rewarded and are not replaceable, transferable, exchangeable for cash or kind or extendable in validity. The Management reserves the right to substitute the gifts with others of equivalent value without prior notice.

14. By participating in the redemption(s) implies automatic acceptance of rules and regulations of the campaign. In the event of dispute, the decision of The Management is final.

15. All information submitted may be used as part of The Management’s database for administrative, auditing and marketing purposes.

16. The information stated is correct at the time of print and The Management reserves the right to change all terms and conditions without prior notice.
